The Green Underwood House, also known as the Underwood-May House and “Black Thistle”, is a Greek Revival-style home that was built circa 1845 by the Greene Underwood Family. It was added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage on November 2, 1990. This house is located in the community of Pleasant Hill in east Dallas County at the intersection of CR 432 and CR12 (Google Maps).

This is a private residence – drive by only.
