Moore-Lee House at Marion, AL (built 1840s, listed on the NRHP)

This home, built in the 1840s, is the only Gothic style house in Marion.  Constructed in cruciform pattern, the two-story house has a central wide porch with classical supports on the second floor.  This house is a contributing property to Marion’s “Green Street Historic District” that listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).  It located on on the south side of Green Street approximately 0.4 mile west of the Perry County Courthouse (GPS coordinates 32.63301,-87.324877).

This is a private residence – drive by only.
